HYMN (The Light of Christ Enters)
“Wonderful Words of Life” #600 UMH
CONGREGATIONAL PRAYER:
God, how often have we heard it said that actions speak louder than words? Where our faith is weak, strengthen us. Where our sense of enthusiasm has waned, renew us. If our motivation for speech or action is not in keeping with your will, reshape us. By your Spirit lead us to live in a way that gives honor to you. Let people see the love of Christ in us, in words and actions that promote justice and peace. Amen.
